Saturday, 3 September:

• 08h45: Semi-Finalists to arrive at the Diaz Surrey Hotel
• 09h00: Semi-Finalists Meeting/Briefing with Director (Conference Room (1^st floor)
• 10h00: Semi-Finalists to get ready for judging (luxury suite – 1^st floor)
• 10h30: Judges to arrive
• 11h00: Judges meeting and briefing (Conference Room – 1^st floor)
• 11h30: Judging officially starts – introduction of judges and semi-finalists
• 12h00: Interviews Sessions to start
• 13h30: Lunch Break - Judges and Finalists
• 14h30: Interview Sessions continue
• 16h00: Swimwear Judging
• 17h00: Judges meeting and discussions (decision making and selection of finalists)
• 18h00: Semi-Finalists final meeting/briefing

Dress Code: Semi-Formal

**Finalists must please remember to bring along their swimsuits for judging

Sunday, 4 September:

09h30: Finalist and judges to arrive for Media Breakfast (Diaz Surrey Hotel)

10h00: Media Breakfast officially start (Restaurant of Hotel)

11h00: Official Announcement of Mrs South Africa 2011 finalists

11h30: Finalist Photo sessions with media and photographers (in and around the hotel)
